Relax Gaming makes some of the most feature-heavy slots on the market. Money Train, Beast Mode and Book of 99 all came from the same studio, but they play very differently.
That range is one of the company’s strengths. It also makes broad claims about “Relax Gaming RTP” nearly useless. Each game has its own math. Some games are available in more than one RTP configuration. The version at your casino may not match the number shown on another website.
We reviewed Relax Gaming’s own slot catalog, checked its latest releases and compared the available RTP information. Our focus was simple: what do the numbers tell players, and what do they leave out?

What Is Relax Gaming?
Relax Gaming is both a game developer and a distribution platform.
That distinction matters. The company creates its own slots, including Money Train 4 and Book of 99. It also supplies games made by partner studios through programs such as Silver Bullet and Powered By Relax.
A casino may therefore advertise thousands of games through the Relax platform. That doesn’t mean Relax Gaming developed all of them.
For this review, we focus mainly on the company’s proprietary slots. Partner games should be judged by their actual developer, rules and math model.
Relax Gaming and RLX Gaming in the US
The RLX Gaming name appears in the company’s US-facing operations. In March 2026, RLX Gaming announced that its in-house and partner content had launched with Fanatics Casino in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
That doesn’t make every Relax title available across the US. Online casino rules operate at the state level. A game offered in New Jersey may be unavailable in another state.
Always check the casino’s state license and live game catalog. Relax Gaming confirmed the Fanatics launch in March 2026.
How We Analyze Relax Gaming RTP
RTP means return to player. It represents the share of total wagers a game is designed to return over a very large number of rounds.
A slot with 96% RTP has a theoretical house edge of 4%:
100% − 96% RTP = 4% house edge
The word “theoretical” does most of the work here. RTP isn’t a promise for your next session. It doesn’t mean a $100 wager will return exactly $96.
A player might finish ahead. Another might lose the full amount. Both outcomes can occur in a correctly functioning 96% game.
Our RTP Check
We use three levels of verification:
The official game page or documentation from Relax Gaming.
The rules and information panel inside the live game.
The result recorded during a fixed test session.
The first two establish the listed RTP. The third shows how the game behaved during our sample. It doesn’t prove or disprove the theoretical figure.
When testing a slot, we record:
- number of spins;
- stake per spin;
- total amount wagered;
- total returned;
- number of bonus rounds;
- largest win;
- longest losing sequence;
- final session RTP.
The session calculation is:
Total returned ÷ Total wagered × 100
A test result should always include its sample size. Saying that a slot “paid 110%” means little if the result came from 50 spins and one lucky bonus.
Why RTP Versions Matter
Some Relax Gaming games have alternative configurations.
The official Beast Mode page, for example, lists a 90% German RTP version and refers to an alternative UK game ID. The Book of Power page lists German and alternative RTP configurations of 90% and 94%.
This is why a provider-wide RTP claim can mislead readers. Even a game-specific percentage may be wrong for the version available at a particular casino.
Check the game menu before playing. If the casino doesn’t display the RTP clearly, don’t assume it matches the highest number found online.
Relax Gaming RTP Comparison
The table below separates confirmed figures from settings that must be checked in the live game.
| Game | RTP information | Maximum win | What to check |
|---|---|---|---|
| Book of 99 | Advertised by Relax as 99% RTP | 5,000x | Confirm the casino version |
| Money Train 4 | Multiple regional game IDs are listed | 150,000x | Open the in-game rules |
| Beast Mode | A 90% German configuration is listed | Check live version | RTP and regional game ID |
| Book of Power | 90% and 94% alternatives are listed | 15,000x | Casino configuration |
| Dream Drop games | Depends on the title and jackpot model | Varies | Base RTP and jackpot contribution |
Book of 99 is the clear outlier. Relax Gaming promotes it as a 99% RTP “Book of” slot. That is a high theoretical return, but it doesn’t make the game predictable.
The slot still relies heavily on free spins and an expanding symbol. A short session can therefore finish far below 99%.
Best Relax Gaming Slots
“Best” depends on what you value. A high RTP, a large maximum win and frequent small payouts are different things.
We use a specific reason for each selection rather than ranking games by popularity alone.
Book of 99: Best for RTP
Book of 99 stands out because of its reported 99% RTP.
The game follows a familiar book-slot structure. Three or more book symbols trigger ten free spins, and one symbol becomes the expanding symbol for the feature. Players can also collect 99 books in the base game to open another route into free spins.
The maximum win is 5,000 times the stake. That is lower than the top potential in some newer Relax releases, but maximum win and RTP measure different things.
Book of 99 suits players who care more about theoretical return than an extreme upper limit. The important step is confirming that the available version displays the same 99% setting. Relax Gaming’s official Book of 99 page.
Money Train 4: Best for Complex Features
Money Train 4 is the largest game in the studio’s best-known series.
It uses Scatter Pays and offers more than 20 features. These include persistent upgrades, additional rows, respin effects and interactions between different characters.
The maximum win is 150,000x the stake. That number attracts attention, but the game’s real character comes from its bonus complexity. Players who prefer simple paylines and short feature rounds may find it excessive.
Money Train 4 works better for people who enjoy learning how features combine. It isn’t the obvious choice for someone looking for a quiet, low-variance game. Official Money Train 4 game page.
Beast Mode: Best for Bonus Choice
Beast Mode gives players three free-spin options.
Its features include mystery symbols, multiplier ladders and expanding wilds. The choice changes how the bonus behaves, which gives players more control over the type of feature they enter.
That choice doesn’t remove the underlying randomness. It changes the structure of the bonus, not the fact that every outcome remains uncertain.
Beast Mode also shows why checking RTP settings matters. The official page lists a regional configuration with a lower RTP than many players might expect. Official Beast Mode game page.
Money Train 2: Best Entry Point to the Series
Money Train 2 remains one of the most recognizable Relax Gaming slots.
Its respin bonus introduced many players to the series’ persistent character features. Later games added more mechanics, but that extra complexity isn’t automatically better.
Money Train 2 is easier to follow than Money Train 4. For a new player, it may be the more sensible place to start.
Temple Tumble: Best for Tumble Gameplay
Temple Tumble represents a different side of the catalog.
Instead of building its identity around character-filled respin rounds, it uses a tumble-style structure. Winning symbols disappear, and new symbols enter the grid. Consecutive wins can continue within the same paid round.
It offers a cleaner alternative to the more complicated Money Train games.
Dream Drop: Best for Progressive Jackpots
Dream Drop is Relax Gaming’s linked jackpot product.
Individual Dream Drop slots can offer several prize levels, including a top MEGA jackpot. The exact structure depends on the game.
Progressive jackpots need separate analysis because part of the game’s value may sit in the jackpot contribution. Comparing a jackpot slot with a standard fixed-prize game based on one headline RTP can hide meaningful differences.
Check the base-game RTP, jackpot rules and eligibility requirements before playing.
New Relax Gaming Slots in 2026
New releases need dates. A page that calls a two-year-old title “new” quickly loses credibility.
The following titles were among Relax Gaming’s notable releases in the first half of 2026.
World Class Kick Off Dream Drop
Released on June 4, 2026, World Class Kick Off Dream Drop is Relax Gaming’s first football-themed slot.
The game combines six progressive jackpots with a Bet Slip feature. Players can make side bets on specific symbols while the slot runs.
It’s an unusual crossover between slot mechanics and a sportsbook-style interface. But a side bet is still a separate wager. Players should check its cost and rules rather than treating it as a free prediction feature.
The game joined a Dream Drop network that Relax Gaming said had grown beyond 50 titles. Official release announcement.
Guitar Quest
Guitar Quest was scheduled to launch on May 28, 2026.
The theme alone doesn’t tell us much about its math. Before adding the game to an RTP ranking, the live rules need to be checked for its return, volatility, maximum win and regional configurations.
That is our standard approach to new games. We don’t assign a rating from a press release.
Beast Gains
Beast Gains launched on March 5, 2026 as another collaboration between Relax Gaming and CasinoGrounds.
It runs on a 6×4 grid with cascading wins. Relax Gaming describes it as a high-volatility slot with a maximum win of 25,000x.
Players can use an enhanced bet, Bonus Reels and a feature buy where permitted. The buy option provides direct access to free spins for 85x the stake in the announced configuration.
These options change the cost and pace of play. They should be tested separately from the base game rather than mixed into one set of results. Official Beast Gains announcement.
Olympus 7’s Dream Drop
Olympus 7’s Dream Drop launched on February 10, 2026.
It uses a 6×4 grid containing six mini slots. Each mini game has its own paytable and features. The advertised fixed maximum is 13,000x the stake, alongside access to Dream Drop prizes.
An enhanced Mighty Spins option costs 20x the standard stake. That higher price needs to be included when comparing results with ordinary spins. Looking only at the number of rounds would distort the test. Official Olympus 7’s Dream Drop announcement.
Necromancer’s Gate
Necromancer’s Gate arrived in January 2026.
Relax Gaming describes it as a high-volatility game with three free-spin modes. That makes it suitable for comparing how different bonus structures affect short-session results.
It doesn’t mean one mode is mathematically better. Each needs to be judged using the game’s published rules.
Bonus Reels and Enhanced Bets
Relax Gaming introduced Bonus Reels as an optional route into bonus rounds.
In the launch version, a Bonus Reels spin costs ten times the base stake and offers a stated 1-in-10 chance of entering a bonus. The reels show bonus-triggering symbols or blanks.
Relax Gaming says the option maintains the same RTP and return efficiency as the normal game. That claim should still be checked in each title’s information panel.
The higher spin price also changes bankroll behavior. Ten Bonus Reels spins at a $1 base stake put $100 into action. Ten normal spins put $10 into action.
The number of button presses may be the same. The financial exposure isn’t. Relax Gaming’s Bonus Reels announcement.
Can You Play Relax Gaming Slots for Free?
Selected Relax Gaming demo slots are available through the developer or casino websites. Access depends on age checks, location and local rules.
Demo mode is useful for learning:
- the paytable;
- bonus triggers;
- bet controls;
- feature options;
- game speed;
- visual and audio design.
It can also support a controlled session test. But demo results don’t predict future real-money outcomes.
A short demo that returns 140% doesn’t prove a slot is generous. A session that returns 40% doesn’t prove the listed RTP is false. Both are small samples from a game designed around long-term probabilities.
Where Are Relax Gaming Slots Available in the US?
Relax Gaming content is available in parts of the regulated US market, including confirmed launches in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Availability depends on three things:
- whether online casino gaming is legal in the state;
- whether Relax Gaming is approved there;
- whether the selected casino carries the specific title.
The RTP and available features can also differ between jurisdictions. Feature buys, enhanced bets and jackpot mechanics may be changed or removed to meet local requirements.
A valid casino listing should therefore include the state, operator, game version and date checked. A generic list of “Relax Gaming casinos” isn’t enough.
What Relax Gaming Does Well
Relax Gaming is willing to build games around distinct mathematical ideas.
Book of 99 focuses on a high theoretical return. Money Train 4 emphasizes feature combinations and extreme win potential. Dream Drop adds progressive jackpots. Bonus Reels changes how players access feature rounds.
The catalog doesn’t feel like one game repeated with different graphics.
The studio also publishes useful details on many official game pages, including regional game IDs and alternative configurations. Those details make it easier to check whether two casinos offer the same version.
Where Relax Gaming Falls Short
Many of its better-known games lean toward high volatility and bonus-dependent results.
That can produce long periods where little happens, followed by a feature that determines most of the session. Players who prefer frequent, smaller wins may find parts of the catalog frustrating.
The alternative RTP configurations are another concern. The issue isn’t that different versions exist. The problem arises when casinos or review sites fail to identify the version they offer.
Some games are also overloaded with modes, feature buys, enhanced bets and bonus choices. More options create variety, but they can make the true cost of play harder to follow.
Our Verdict
Relax Gaming has one of the more varied modern slot catalogs.
Book of 99 is the standout for RTP. Money Train 4 leads on feature depth and maximum win potential. Dream Drop covers progressive jackpots, while titles such as Temple Tumble offer a simpler alternative.
The provider’s name alone isn’t enough to judge a game. Check the RTP, volatility, stake limits and regional configuration of the exact version available to you.
And treat session tests for what they are: records of what happened during a limited sample. They add useful firsthand evidence, but they don’t replace the mathematical documentation.
